Adding Stops
Stops are the foundation of every RoadWarrior Route. Each location should be added as a Stop, and will only exist on the Route you add it to. There are multiple methods to add Stops to a Route. See below for tutorials on each method.
From an Address
Enable Search Mode from the Planner by selecting Search.
Once you've entered Search Mode, start typing in your address. After 6 characters, close matching results will appear.
Select the correct option from the Drop-Down list, check the preview on the map, and then click Add Stop to add the pin to your Route.
*Note: RoadWarrior searches the visible area on your map first. If you aren't seeing the results you are looking for, try adjusting your viewport.
*Note: You can also Add a Favorite or Task or update your Start Point, with this method.
From Coordinates
You can use the same Search Mode method above to search for Coordinates.
Type in the latitude and longitude coordinates of your location
Select the correct option from the Drop-Down list
Check the preview on the map
Then click Add Stop to add the pin to your Route
From Favorites
Enable Multi-Select Mode by selecting the checkmark icon.
Make sure that Select Favorite Pins is selected from Select Mode.
Choose to either Click Pins or Lasso Pins as your Multi-Select method.
Once you have selected the Favorites you want to add to your route, select the Add to Route icon.
From a Spreadsheet
Flex users can upload large quantities of addresses or coordinates from a spreadsheet to save time on data entry via our Upload Tool. Use the Upload tab of Flex to upload an Excel (.XLSX) file.
Each spreadsheet can have up to 200 locations when uploading to add stops to a route.
When using the template, your file must be formatted according to our requirements.
Or, users can upload a plain text file (.txt) or simply type/copy+paste a list of addresses.
From another Route
Move or Copy Stops from one Route to another.
Enable Multi-Select Mode by selecting the checkmark icon.
Make sure that Select Stop Pins is selected from Select Mode.
Choose to either Click Pins or Lasso Pins as your Multi-Select method.
Once you have selected the Stops you want to copy or move, select the Copy icon.
Choose to Copy or Move Stops to Another Route.
Select the Target Route you want to copy or move the Stops to.
Dropping a Pin
Drop a Pin location on the map to add a Stop to a Route
Right click on the map at the location you want to drop a pin at
Select Add Stop Here to add that location as a Stop on your Route
The closer you are zoomed in, the more accurate the pin-drop will be.
