Check-Ins
Check-Ins are the core of reporting data in RoadWarrior. Drivers can Check-In to Stops when they arrive and leave notes about the process, all from the RoadWarrior mobile app.
A Check-In is a record of when a Stop is completed by a Driver. Stops can be Checked-In from any mobile device or web app by selecting a Stop, then clicking Check-In.
Checked-In Stops will appear with a grey checkmark pin and move to the back of display priority, and will sync across devices.
The most complete place to view Check-Ins is the History.
How do Drivers Check-In?
Drivers can Check-In from their mobile app by tapping any Stop, then tapping Check-In.
How do I export Check-in Data?
RoadWarrior allows you to export .xlsx reports of your History, Routes, and Favorites from the Reporting Tab in the Flex web app. See above for reporting download instructions.
Missing/Archived Data
After 4 months of inactivity on a saved item, Routes are automatically archived. They will still show up on the device that had used/created them, but will not appear automatically on new added devices upon login. This occurs to prevent your app from using too much data in the initial data download process, potentially crashing out.
Restore archived and deleted Routes with the Reporting tool:
Open the Reporting Tab from the left side navigation
Set the start date to the month before your oldest Route was created.
Note: if you are not seeing results you may need to toggle on Show Archived Items or Show Deleted Items by selecting the gear icon at the top right.
Archived Routes show with a yellow arrow under the Restore column.
Select the arrow to restore the Route.
Deleted Routes show with a red arrow under the Restore column.
Select the arrow to restore the Route
Delete History items with the Reporting tool:
Dispatchers can delete History items from the web app.
Select the three vertical dot icon next to the History item that needs deleted.
Select Delete Item.
