FedEx Manifest Uploads
This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to successfully import your FedEx manifests to RoadWarrior as a FedEx Ground Contractor.
You will need to have access to the FCC portal with your CSP ID for your region in order to use the direct import tool with RoadWarrior Flex.
First, make sure you have signed up for a RoadWarrior Flex account. Create a Flex account here!
Next, you will need to log into the FCC Portal with your CSP ID to grant permissions to RoadWarrior.
Select the “Data Subscriptions” tab from the FCC Settings menu
Select which Service Area(s) to subscribe
Choose RoadWarrior as the Vendor
Check all the boxes for Delivery Manifest, Pickup Manifest and Work Area Summary
Click Save
Access the FedEx direct import tool from the Uploads tab of the Flex web app.
Zoom in on the map to adjust the view so that it encompasses where your locations are located. This helps to improve accuracy.
Then, select Next.
Select Get Manifest from FedEx upload option to get started.
Choose to Download Full Manifest or Download by Work Area.
If you do not see Get Manifest from FedEx as an upload option, select the Settings gear icon at the top right for Upload Settings.
Toggle on Show FedEx Upload.
Make sure to select Save and Exit Upload Settings.
Choose your Manifest Type; Combined, Delivery Only, or Pickups Only.
Once you have set your Route Options, select the Get Manifest from FedEx button.
Select the Work Areas that are ready for import, You can always repeat this process with more work areas later on.
Any work areas that have already been imported will appear at the bottom of the list.
Click Selection Complete to progress to the upload.
Almost done!
Confirm that your work areas look correct in the map and list displays, then Complete your upload.
Each work area will upload as a separate Route, which you can then assign to your Drivers from the web app.

Can I import my manifest with a Pro subscription?
At this time we are only able to integrate with RoadWarrior Flex accounts, as we need access to your Dispatcher’s FCC login to pull data.
Does it cost extra to import my manifests with Flex?
Nope! All import functionality is covered in the standard monthly subscription fee.
