Adding an Existing Pro Account
User accounts work separately from standard Pro accounts, in order to keep Dispatcher data secure. This separation also helps streamline billing processes.
Rather than adding an existing Pro account with its associated login to your account, you will have to create a new User within your Flex account. You can find details on how to set up a User account here.
If your User only uses RoadWarrior for their work with you, we suggest cancelling the Pro subscription to avoid double-billing.
Should the User ever want to re-activate their Pro account, they can do so by logging into the mobile app with their Pro username, and tapping Upgrade to Pro in the side menu.
